Terms of the Prize Draw on flamba.co.il

The website flamba.co.il, organized by Flamba, is conducting a prize draw among users who register between 00:01 01.11.2024 and 23:59 on 31.12.2024. Participants have the opportunity to win one of five gift cards worth 200 shekels each.

Conditions for Participation:

Register on the website flamba.co.il within the specified period.
Only users who are 18 years old or older, are citizens of Israel, and agree to these terms are eligible to participate.
Each person is entitled to participate only once and can receive only one prize per campaign.

Winner Selection:

The draw will take place on January 3, 2025. Winners will be chosen randomly, and the results will be published on flamba.co.il on the same day.

Prize Collection:

The prize will be sent to the winner via the email address provided during registration on the website. One attempt will be made to send the prize.

The organizers are not responsible for the gift card being shared with third parties, being used by others due to shared access to the email, or any other situation where the prize is used by someone other than the registered participant. The organizer's responsibility ends with the attempt to send the prize—the gift card.

Additional Conditions:

Personal Data: By participating in the prize draw, users agree to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the draw, including notification of winning. Participant data will not be shared with third parties except as required for the draw.
Gift Card Validity: The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, the card cannot be refunded or extended.
Right to Change Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the prize draw or cancel it in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to manipulate the draw or use automated systems for registration will result in participant disqualification.
Responsibility for Technical Issues: The organizer is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent a user from registering or receiving notification of winning, including problems with internet access or email errors.
Agreement with T&C: By participating in the draw, the user automatically agrees to the rules and conditions.
Prize Use: The gift card is intended for use in the online store and can only be used for cashless purchases. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Taxes and Fees: All taxes and fees related to receiving the prize must be paid by the winner if applicable.
Publication of Winners: The winner agrees to have their name published on flamba.co.il upon winning.
The prize draw organizer Flamba reserves the right to unilaterally replace the prize with another of equal value.
